(CEW) is an established industrial and commercial electrical
wholesaler, supplying electrical contractors and industry.
We commenced trading in Cambridge in 1992 as a specialist distributor
of electrical and electronic components. The company has continued
to grow by building upon its initial concept of offering a traditional
and honest service with expertise in all relevant areas,
employing dedicated and experienced staff. In 2008 we were delighted
to open another branch in Saffron Walden Essex.
We supply everything from machinery safety devices to light power
units, from isolators to professional test equipment. We can distribute
conduit systems, mini and commercial trunking, pipe covers, PAT
accessories, distribution boards, extractor fans, cable support
systems, control systems and much more.
CEW are a member of the MIDA buying group, enabling
us to purchase quality brands at competitive prices. We are able
to compete with largest of organisations, whilst retaining a high
level of personal contact with our customers.

Our commitment to you
If the product you require is not a standard stock item, we offer
a service where you can pre-order and we will hold the item for
you at the store for you to call off as required.
For multiple installations (i.e. flats, shops or houses) We also
offer contractors a very popular 'boxed service' which we happy
to project manage on your behalf. The ordered items are packaged
& labelled per room and delivered to site as required, optional
security tagging is also available.
